You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Barton County, State of Missouri, at 1004 GULF ROOM 204, LAMAR, MO 64759, the object and general nature of which is the care and custody in and to the above-named juvenile under the age of eighteen years.

You are further notified, pursuant to Section 211.211 RSMo., of your rights to have counsel, and if you request counsel and are financially unable to employ counsel, counsel shall then be appointed by the Court.

The names and all the parties of said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the plaintiff is Lisa Abbott, Juvenile Officer II, 100 W Cherry, Suite 9, Nevada, MO 64772.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after August 18, 2021, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
