2019 Lamar Fair Queen Abigail Compton crowns her best friend, Kara Morey, as the 2021 Lamar Fair Queen. Needless to say, being crowned by her best friend was a great honor and very exciting for Kara. Kara’s mother, Melissa Main Morey, was crowned as fair queen 30 years prior, keeping the family tradition alive.
