LAMAR- A memorial service will be held at a later date for Jeffrey Lewis “Doughboy” Morrow, 54, who died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021.

Arrangements are under the direction of Konantz Warden Funeral Home in Lamar.

Survivors include his mother, Geneva Morrow, Greenfield; his children, Alexis Morschheimer, Greenfield, Kendall Morrow and wife Brooklynn, Lamar and Treagen Drew Morrow, Springfield; grandsons, Hayes and Tucker; his brothers, Greg Morrow and wife Shawn, Greenfield and Mark Morrow and wife Julie, Lamar; nieces, Abby Gilmartin and husband Dylan, Lamar and Kelly Morrow, Springfield and nephews, Todd (Abbey) Morrow and wife Abbey, Greenfield and Quin Morrow, Colorado.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Morrow and his son-in-law, Henry Morschheimer.

Mr. Morrow was born on Nov. 25, 1966, in Springfield, to George and Geneva (Mallory) Morrow. He graduated from high school in Greenfield in 1985. He worked for O’Sullivan Industries and then went to work for John Deere Reman, where he had worked for the last 17 years. He was a jokester who enjoyed scaring people and a good cook who enjoyed cooking for large crowds. He enjoyed going to the family farm in Greenfield and will be remembered as a great and caring father and grandpa.
