BOBBY JEAN REYNOLDS

RURAL LAMAR- Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Morehead Cemetery in Lamar for Bobby Jean Reynolds, 88, rural Lamar, who died Friday, Aug. 13, 2021, at Truman Healthcare.

Arrangements are under the direction of Daniel Funeral Home.

Contributions are suggested and made payable to Hospice Compassus or Milford Christian Church, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include relatives, Ellen Jo Morey and the families of Kevin Morey, Kent Morey, Gloria McCulley, Don Morey and Earl Morey.

She was preceded in death by an uncle, Frank Morey.

Ms. Reynolds was born Sept. 9, 1932, at the family farm in rural Lamar. Her parents were Robert Reynolds (who died shortly before her birth) and Reba (Morey) Reynolds.

She was a 1950 graduate of Lamar High School. She drove a school car taking students to Dorris Valley School for three years, then around 1966 she started work at the Lamar school cafeteria, working there for 33 years until her retirement.
