Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, regarding a breach of contract requesting specific performance and other relief regarding the following described property that is the subject matter of the suit:

The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 29, EXCEPT the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2, Barton County, Missouri.
