LAMAR- A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Konantz Warden Funeral Home for Rhonda Maxine Enochs, 60, Lamar, who died Friday, Nov. 26, 2021.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the American Institute for Cancer Research or Kingspoint Cemetery, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband and children, Michael Enochs, Lamar, Heather Vincent and fiance Mike Hudgins, Neosho and Tara Pilcher, Stockton; grandchildren, Andrea Gastel, Keith Gastel, Jonathan Vincent, Jacob Vincent, Carrie Vincent and Simon Jeffries and great-grandchildren Braylee-Ann Culbertson, Kaeden Vincent, Layton Vincent, Rylan Vincent, Millie Vincent and Brynlee Pugh. She is also survived by her mother, Mae Hurd, Mt Vernon and siblings, Ronnie Burton, Daryl Burton, Mickey Burton, Randal Hurd and Brenda Sommerfeld and many cousins, nieces, nephews and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her father and stepfather, Lester Hurd.

Mrs. Enochs was born Sept. 15, 1961, in Lockwood, to Billy and May (Ridenhauer) Burton. She grew up in Lockwood and attended Lockwood and Golden City schools. She married Robert Enochs on Dec. 16, 1983. They stayed in the area and raised their children.

Mrs. Enochs stayed active with her family and in her community. She was a member of the chamber of commerce and worked several jobs before she finished her career with 13 years at Bristol Manor in Lamar. She enjoyed playing bingo with her mom and cooking. Her life revolved around her family and her work and she will be missed by all.
