LAMAR- Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Konantz Warden Funeral Home for Mary Lou (Voorhees) White, 77, Lamar, who died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022.

Survivors include a daughter, Christine Borjfeld and husband Steven, Alvin, Texas; a son, Clifford White III and wife Anita, Odessa, Texas and grandchildren, Alexander and Christine. She is also survived by sisters, Trixie Voorhees, Lamar, Claudine Hathcock, Branson and Pat Sorrels, Grove, Okla.; a brother, Lee Roy Voorhees and wife Anna, Lamar and many cousins and great nieces and nephews.

Mrs. White was born May 26, 1943, in Lamar, to Roy and Marie (Hayward) Voorhees. She graduated from Lamar High School and went on to college. She worked a number of years in Iowa and Texas as a bookkeeper which she enjoyed greatly. When her health declined, she moved back to Missouri.
