For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Brian Gilbert and Gwendolyn Gilbert, husband and wife dated June 25, 2009 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Barton County, Missouri as Document Number: 2009-909 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Thursday, April 7, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:25 PM), at the West Front Door of the Court House, City of Lamar, County of Barton, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Barton County, State of Missouri, to wit:

A TRACT COMMENCING 445 3/7TH FEET WEST AND 1077 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION NINETEEN (19); TOWNSHIP THIRTY-TWO (32) RANGE THIRTY (30) AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 19, THENCE WEST 80 FEET, THENCE NORTH TO A POINT 80 FEET OF THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST 80 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
