AGNES SHAW
LOCKWOOD- Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church for Agnes Shaw, 85, Lockwood, who died peacefully at her home on Friday, March 18, 2022. Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 10 a.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, please make remembrances in her name to Immauel Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association.

Survivors include her husband, Orrin Shaw; her brother, Carl Ricky Lilienkamp and wife Darlene; her sister, Lois Kretchmar; her daughters, Rhonda Jones and husband Randy and Angela Kurtz; her sons, Stephen Shaw and Douglas Shaw and wife Kathryn; her grandchildren, Shane Taylor and wife Christina, Chelsey Taylor, Rochelle McBrayer and husband Cecil, Katie Whittington and husband Patrick, Alex Shaw and wife Lindsey, Mackenzie and Mallory Kurtz and her great-grandchildren, Isla Taylor, Blayne Whittington and Josephine and John McBrayer.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Rusch and Betty Steadman and her sons-in-law, Rick Johnson and Larry Kurtz.
Mrs. Shaw was born Aug. 4, 1936, in Lockwood, to Gilbert and Elnora Lilienkamp. She lived her whole life in Lockwood, a community she loved dearly. She was a 1954 graduate of Lockwood High School.
She married her high school sweetheart, Orrin Shaw, on Jan. 19, 1957, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. They spent 65 fulfilling years together. Together they had four children, Ronda, Stephen, Douglas and Angela. There was nothing more cherished than her family.
She had a contagious spirit about her, fueled by her unwithering love for the Lord. She cared deeply for others, especially her seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In her life she enjoyed going to Missionary League. She loved to cook and always made sure in her home you had a full belly. Another passion of hers included sewing, as she made quilts for her family. She also enjoyed a women's club, where she surrounded herself by friends. Furthermore, Gardening was another hobby she enjoyed.
