SOUTH GREENFIELD-A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Greenfield Funeral Chapel for Jacob Dale Jake Williams, 40, South Greenfield, who died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, in Golden City.

Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 1 p.m.

Arrangements are under the direction of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for his children's college fund.

Survivors include his wife, Laura Williams; two daughters, Courtny Williams and Kennedy Williams; three stepchildren, Cody Brook, Shane Brook and Keelin Brook; his father, Larry Williams and wife Pam; his mother, Sandy Sutton and her husband John; his grandparents, Bobby Ramsey and Vivian Oliver; his sister, Bobbi Williams; one stepsister, Melinda Eagle; two stepbrothers, Michael Pietsch and Zach Sutton and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and a huge race family.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Virginia Lee Ramsey.

Mr. Williams was born Dec. 1, 1975, in Kansas City, Mo., to Larry Jacob Williams and Sandy Kay (Ramsey) Sutton. He was a 1994 graduate of Lockwood High School. He was the 1994 National Champion in the Ford AAA Trouble Shooting Competition in Washington, D.C. and was the Late Model Track Champion at Lucas Oil Speedway in 2014. He was a successful business owner and a brilliant mechanic. He was a loving father, husband and friend.

After many happy years together, he married Laura Ann Livingston on Nov. 22, 2014, in Branson.
