On behalf of Petitioners to the Natural Parents, Jessica Kay Fallon McCulloch and Bradley Joe Floyd, you are hereby notified that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights, Transfer of Legal Custody, Adoption and Name Change has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, by Petitioner, the object and general nature of which is adoption of the minor children, V.B.J.F. and J.J.F. by Petitioners.
