MAX MCCUISTION

IANTHA-Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Konantz Warden Funeral Home in Lamar for Max Warren McCuistion, 73, Iantha, who died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at his home. Burial will follow at Iantha Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

Survivors include two sons, Lance McCuistion, Denver, Colo. and Jesse McCuistion, Iantha; four grandchildren, Aspen, Sierra, Maximus and Donovan; two brothers, John and Richard and two sisters, Maribeth and Martha.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue McCuistion and a granddaughter, Cheyenne.
Mr. McCuistion was born Aug. 30, 1942, in Fowler, Colo. He married Karen Sue Byrd on Nov. 8, 1964, in Denver, Colo. They moved to Iantha in 1981. He had been employed at Midwest Radar as a certifier of radar guns. He also worked for Iantha Seed and was a rancher and a truck driver. He enjoyed bowling and was a member of the U.S. Bowling Congress. He was a member of Iantha Baptist Church.
