Plaintiff, to the above-named Defendants, Greetings: You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, the general nature and purpose of which is to quiet the title of Plaintiff to the following described real estate:

A TRACT COMM AT THE SW COR OF HUMPHREY’S ADD TO THE CITY OF LAMAR, MO AND RUNNING TH W ABOUT 230’, TH S 240’ FOR A PLACE OF BEG, TH W 55’, TH S 160’, TH E 55’, TH N 160’ TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; BEING A PART OF THE SE4 OF NE4 OF SEC 25, TWP 32, RGE 31, BARTON COUNTY, MO SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND AGREEMENT OF RECORD.

Better described as:

A TRACT COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HUMPHREY’S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAMAR, MISSOURI, AND RUNNING THENCE WEST ABOUT 230 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 240 FEET FOR A PLACE OF BEGINNING, THENCE WEST 55 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 160 FEET, THENCE EAST 55 FEET, THENCE NORTH 160 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; BEING A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION TWENTY-FIVE (25), IN TOWNSHIP THIRTY-TWO (32), OF RANGE THIRTY-ONE (31), BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI. SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND AGREEMENTS OF RECORD.
