NANCY ELAINE SIMHISER

STOCKTON- Services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, at Faith Baptist Church in Stockton, for Nancy Elaine (Brubaker) Simhiser, 52, Stockton, who died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, at her home with her family surrounding her. Burial was at Alder Cemetery on M Hwy.
A viewing was held prior to the service, beginning at 9 a.m., at the church.

Arrangements were under the direction of Bland-Brumback Funeral Home in Stockton.
Survivors include her husband Ray; three children, David Max Francis and wife Kara, St. Louis; Zachary Simhiser and Megan Demster and husband Kevin, all of Stockton; five grandchildren Rachel, Brooke, Logan, Liam and Paisley. Additional survivors include six siblings, Joycetta Wanner and husband Bruce, Gap, PA; Larry Brubaker, Rogers, AR; Evelyn Woodrum and husband Gary, Neosho; Cheryl Pickenpaugh and husband Bill, Gilmer, TX; David Brubaker and wife Tina, Golden City and Karen Morgan and husband Joe, Lamar. Additional survivors include numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, brother and sister-in-laws and many friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Amber Francis.
Mrs. Simhiser was born June 13,1970, in Wellsville, NY, to Wilber G and Edna S Brubaker.
She married Ray K Simhiser on October 9,2003. They were married for 19 years. She was a certified coding specialist for Cox Health for 6 1/2 years and several contract coding companies for the past several years.
In her spare time she enjoyed fishing with her hubby and their dog Rascal, loving on her grandbabies, antiquing/treasure hunting, garage sales and hosting get-togethers with family and friends.
