Public Notice: U.S. Cellular Corporation proposes the construction of a 94.8-meter overall height AGL guyed communications tower to be located south of a portion of Northeast 10th Road, in Lamar, Missouri (Barton County). The proposed communications tower will be located at latitude: 37° 30’ 47.6“ N, longitude: 94° 14’ 11.6” W (NAD 83) and is anticipated to be equipped with dual-made, medium-intensity lighting equipment. The proposed communications tower can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number A1232193. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number A1232193. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. The Federal Communications Commission strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online, and instructions for making such filings can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
