LAMAR- A visitation and time of sharing memories will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, at Konantz Warden Funeral Home for Vickie Elaine Clark, 63, Lamar, who died Monday, Dec. 19, 2022.

Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.

Survivors include a son, Bryce Frickenschmidt and Tiffany Cunningham and three step grandchildren, Lamar; a brother, Wayne Seaton, Lamar; sisters Verna Pennell and husband Robert, Lamar and Veronica Tucker and husband David Hixson, Tenn. and by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Heather Merrie Brown and a brother, Dean Brown.

Mrs. Clark was born July 30, 1959, in Lamar, to Fern (Mayse) and Harvey Brown. She grew up in Lamar and attended Lamar High School. She worked several places in her life including The Lamar Democrat and the radio station in Pittsburg, Kan. She loved antiques and flea markets and along with her sister Verna, owned Treasure Corner, Duds and Things and The Old Country Shop. She was creative and artistic. She enjoyed crafting, decorating and flower arranging. More recently she cleaned houses and worked at the Lamar Laundry Mat. In her free time she enjoyed her scratchers and going to the casino. She loved her grand dog, Jessie. Her smile would brighten anyone’s day. She was everyone’s mom and was the kindest, most lovable woman.
