Elks Lodge presents donation in memory of Frank Bell

Lamar Elks Lodge officers presented a check in the amount of $700 to the administrator of the Mt. Vernon Veterans Home, in memory of Frank Bell. Frank was a charter member of the lodge and a resident of the home until his death in 2022. The money will go into the home’s activities fund to pay for trips for the residents. The lodge held a fundraiser and collected donations to raise the money. The lodge officers pictured are, left to right, Clayton Bell, Wayne Johnson and far right, Lloyd Pierson.
