Survivors include one son, Gabe Osiier, Hot Springs, NC; one daughter, Sheri Dattola and husband Paul, Rhome, Texas; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two brothers, James Osiier, North Kansas City, Mo. and Mike Osiier, Lamar.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Osiier was born July 15, 1952, in Kansas City, Mo., to James Osiier and Jean (Phillips) Osiier. He was a roofer, schoolteacher and then a business man.
