Willie Graham Memorial Car Show kicks off season

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger The 2nd Annual Willie Graham Memorial Car Show, held Saturday, April 8 at the Barton County Memorial Park, was deemed a huge success. It was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine as many varieties of vehicles were displayed much to the delight of the many spectators. Lunch was included for the driver of the vehicle that was entered in the car show, with others having the chance to purchase fresh grilled burgers, chips, cookies and a drink. David Thatcher was also on the grounds with The Nutty Bavarian. During the car show, a live auction, with help from Jim Schiltz, helped raise funds with many on hand to bid.
