Lamar Democrat/Chris Morrow The Liberal Bulldogs pulled off an exciting one-run victory in Monday's Class 1 State Sectional and then gave St. Elizabeth all they could handle in Wednesday's quarterfinal. St. Elizabeth, who has played in four straight championship games, came away with a 6-4 victory. Here sophomore Kole Wiles fires a strike. Wiles came on in relief and kept his team in the contest.
