Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger A wide variety of Model T Fords cruised into Lamar on Thursday morning, June 8, as part of the Show Me Model T Ford Tour. Those on the tour spent the morning at the Truman Birthplace, where they were given a tour by birthplace director Beth Bazal. Following the tour of the birthplace and its grounds, Bazal was given a ride around the block in a 1928 Model T Ford. From Lamar, the tour traveled to Ha Ha Tonka Park in Camdenton and then returned to the Hangar Cafe in Miller on Saturday.
