You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Barton County, State of Missouri, praying for a Verified Petition For Reformation in regarding the premises described as follows, to-wit:

SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF BARTON, STATE OF MISSOURI:

ALL OF LOTS FIVE (5), SIX (6), SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8) IN BLOCK FOUR (4) OF TOWN OF IRWIN, MISSOURI.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 384, PAGE 473 OF THE BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI RECORDS.

SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS, LEASES AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, ALL LEGAL HIGHWAYS, ALL RIGHTS OF WAY, ALL ZONING, BUILDING AND OTHER LAWS, ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS, ALL RIGHTS OF TENANTS IN POSSESSION, AND ALL REAL ESTATE TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS NOT YET DUE AND PAYABLE.

and which said Deed of Trust was made by: Wilma J Puckett, the Mortgagor, to U.S. Bank National Association, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Barton County, Missouri, Instrument Number 2017RO1840, Book 2018 Page 1840; and for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of said Court against you as provided by law and that the said suit is now pending.

The names and all the parties to the action are stated above in the caption and the name and address of the attorney for the plaintiff is Codilis, Moody & Circelli, P.C., 15W030 North Frontage Road, Suite 200, Burr Ridge, IL 60527.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the petition within forty-five (45) days after 7/5/23, the date of the first publication, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
