Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Golden Harvest Days offered something for everyone, including a large fenced area that was full of all types of bounce houses for the younger crowd to enjoy. A storm that blew through the area on Friday evening shut down Golden Harvest Days for the first time in memory, so the kid’s corner had its hours extended on Saturday, July 15, as well as Friday tickets being honored on Saturday.
