Project Name: Carterville MO Generator Project

The City of Carterville would like to procure a vendor to furnish and install an industrial (commercial-grade) diesel backup generator at its municipal water well located at 702 N Pine Street – Carterville, MO 64835.

The generator would need to be capable of providing power for a period of at least 24 hours at full load during a power outage and must include an automatic transfer switch, onboard fuel tank, concrete pad, and all necessary wiring.

Supplied generator must be a 3 phase, 200KW, 440V generator with a 400 AMP ASCO ATS switch.

Sealed Proposals for furnishing the services described herein will be received until 10:00 am (CT) on August 28th, 2023.

Proposals which are not sealed or received in the City Offices after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Carterville is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the City Office will be the official time of receipt.
