EOC set up during Lamar Free Fair

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger An Emergency Operations Center (EOC) was set up outside of the Lamar Police Department on Saturday, Aug. 26. Training was held during the Lamar Free Fair, as this was an ideal time for the various agencies to work together.
