Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger A ribbon cutting was held at The Belt Cocktail Co. at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1, as the Barton County Chamber of Commerce welcomed them to their new location at 1026 Broadway, on the east side of the Lamar square.
