Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Lamar Mayor Rick Oeltjen led a town hall meeting regarding the Lamar Aquatic Park on Tuesday evening, Oct. 10, at Thiebaud Auditorium. Mayor Oeltjen stressed the importance of keeping the lines of communication open between the city government and its citizens.
