Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger An open house was held at Noble Concrete & Precast, located at 284 SE 1st Lane, in Lamar, on Thursday, Nov. 2, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public was invited to tour the new plant, with the Barton County Chamber of Commerce holding a ribbon cutting ceremony at 12:15 p.m. A large group of family, friends, employees and business representatives were on hand to celebrate the formation of the facility that offers consistent and customizable ready mix concrete, high quality precast ag products and top of the line construction products.
