You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the above Court by Carolyn K. Gastel for the determination of the heirs of Gary L. Gastel, deceased, and of their respective interests as such heirs in and with respect to the following described property owned by said decedent at the time of death, to wit:

Settlement proceeds from personal injury claim.
