Cox Barton County Hospital earns Top 100 Critical Access Hospital award

Employees at Cox Barton are celebrating another national award. This time the rural hospital in Lamar was named a 2024 Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health.

According to Scott Kelley, theatre manager, sales are cut off at 310 cars and unfortunately some had to be turned away. No fears though as Twisters A Quiet Place, rated PG-13, will be playing at the drive-in every night through Thursday, July 25. An interesting note – The original Twisters movie that was released in 1996 proved to be a sell out as well.
