AARON SCOTT “FURBY” REINEMANN

LAMAR- A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 23, 9 a.m. to 12 noon, in the basement of Lamar Memorial Hall, for Aaron Scott “Furby” Reinemann, 38, who died Saturday, March 2, 2024, after a sudden illness.
A second Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 30, 5 p.m., at the VFW at 110 Veterans Way in Joplin.
He will be laid to rest at Fidelity Cemetery in Fidelity.
Arrangements are under the direction of Daniel Funeral Home.
Contributions are suggested to the family to help with final expenses and should be sent to Tina Penner, 781 NE 30th Rd., Lamar, MO 64759.
Survivors include his parents, Tina Penner and husband Doug, Lamar and Glenn Reinemann and wife Terri, Joplin; his sister, Autumn, Lamar; his brother, Adam, Carthage; his girlfriend, Kelli Klushman and her daughter Ava, Frontenac, Kan.; his uncle, Tracy Timmons; his nieces and nephews, Vanessa, Isabella and Cruz and his cousins, Nathaniel, Chandler, Olivia and husband Wyatt, Bre and husband Derek and Scarlett.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lonnie and Marelene Timmons and Eleanor and Charles Reinemann Jr.
Mr. Reinemann was born May 23, 1985, in San Diego, Calif., to Tina and Glenn. He was a 2003 graduate of Lamar High School. He also attended firefighters’ school in Joplin and completed his training, as well as receiving his EMT license. He worked a variety of jobs, starting out at the local grocery store. He also worked at a convenience store, was a delivery driver for Coke and even worked at Walmart. He also did concrete and construction work.
In his spare time he loved to go fishing and played in dart tournaments. He was a member of the Tri-State Darting Association. He was a fan of both the Chicago Bulls and the Boston Red Sox, so much so that he had tattoos of both teams. He also found time to visit Belize with his grandmother and aunt.
While he knew many people, he was closest to his nieces and nephew, his mother Tina and his girlfriend Kelli Klushman and her daughter Ava, whom he loved like his own.
