A full day was enjoyed by many as Peterson Outdoors Ministries and 360 Auto Service held its First Responders 7th annual appreciation event on Saturday, July 13. First responders and their families were treated to a day of fishing, visiting the stuffed animal station, face painting, enjoying a drink at Cup O Joe, archery, a delicious meal made by the Mighty Missouri Chuck Wagon crew, visiting with California law enforcement and personnel that were at the Lodge of Hope on a five day retreat, a packed house at the lodge for lunch and a very moving presentation by Jared Altic, chaplain for the Kansas City, Kan. Police Department and originator of Hey Chaplain: The Police Wellness Podcast.
