PATSY MORGAN

Patsy Morgan, age 82, of Lamar, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in the comfort of her home.

Patsy was born October 20, 1942, in Lamar to the late Arthur and Alice (Pugh) Morgan.

She was a 1961 graduate of Lamar High School. Patsy combined her love of cooking with her love of caring for others and proudly worked as a cook at the local hospital and nursing home. She was a member of Oakton Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Morgan; two sisters, Buela Miller and her husband, Dick, and Dorris Onstott and her husband, Russell; a niece, Brenda Harvey; and her daughter-in-law, Pamela Quarles.

Patsy is lovingly survived by her son, Terry Quarles, of Webb City; her granddaughter, Kristin Anderson, and her husband, Mike, of Webb City; her great-granddaughter, Sophie Quarles, of Webb City; her brother, Jim Morgan, of Lamar; her sister-in-law, Linda Morgan, of Lamar; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Patsy's wishes were to be cremated and a graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 3. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home, Webb City, Missouri.
