Higgins accepts 2025 Spirit of Mindenmines award

Photo by Barton County Chamber of Commerce/Kristy Robertson A new award dedicated to those who make Mindenmines a great place to live, work and visit was presented at a ceremony Wednesday, July 30 at Border Town Auction House. The four employees of the city of Mindenmines were honored for their collective efforts. The 2025 recipients include Darlene Pottorff, the recently retired city collector; Jason Higgins, city clerk; Clyde “Buddy” Greenwood, operator and Robert Coleman, operator. Higgins was present to accept the awards from Dave Sorrick, owner of In God We Trust LLC.
