Photo courtesy of Cecil Fyock Access Family Care offered the public a free hot dog cookout on Thursday, Aug. 21, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at their medical clinic at 210 W. 10th St.. They offered hot dogs, chips and water, with popcorn cookies and other items available at their dental clinic, located at 805 Broadway Street.
