Golden City homecoming royalty crowned

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Golden City High School held its volleyball homecoming night against Thomas Jefferson on Thursday, Oct. 16. The theme was “Rio”. Candidates recognized prior to the game were Kelly Garrett and Jonatan Rodas-Lopez, freshmen; Addison Engle and Braxyn Wirth, sophomores; Emma Henderson-Young and Lakin Baker, juniors and Jewelyanna McHenry and Brayden Banta, seniors. Juniors Emma Henderson-Young and Lakin Baker were crowned homecoming royalty.
