THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO: ANTHONY NEIL BROOKS

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to terminate the parental rights of ANTHONY NEIL BROOKS for the purpose of adoption.

The name and address of the Petitioners’ attorney is JESSICA D. ADAMS, 201 W 3rd ST., CARTHAGE, MO 64836. You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 10TH day of DECEMBER, 2025, judgment by default terminating your parental rights to said child will be rendered against you in said Court. You are notified that you have a right to counsel, and if you request counsel and are financially unable to employ counsel, counsel shall be appointed by the Court.

It is ordered that a copy hereof be published at least once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Lamar Democrat, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in Barton County, Missouri, and designated by the petitioner as most likely to give notice to the parents.
