Lamar Greenhouse & Florist holds open house

Barton County Chamber of Commerce/Kristy Robertson Lamar Greenhouse & Florist, under the new ownership of Bryan and Jessica Jenkins, held its open house on Friday, Dec. 12, with the Barton County Chamber of Commerce holding a ribbon cutting at 12 noon. Those attending had a chance to win a pre-made fresh flower arrangement of their choice. Spectators and customers not only got to enjoy the beautiful decorations and sale items, but also enjoyed sampling soups, cider and crockpot meals. The greenhouse is located at 103 E. 9th St., Lamar.
