Lamar Civic Engagement Program celebrates graduation

Sixteen participants from the Lamar Civic Engagement 101 Program were recognized during a graduation ceremony held Tuesday, March 31, at Thiebaud Auditorium. The program, delivered over six weeks, provided residents with a practical understanding of local government and the essential services it provides.
