Dining to Donate draws large crowd

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Dining to Donate drew a good size crowd for their ever popular taco bar on Wednesday, April 20. The event was sponsored by Thrivent Financial, with 116 meals being served. This is a monthly event geared to raising funds in support of AOK and is usually held the third Wednesday of the month, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Nathan's Place, on the west side of the square. Meals are available for dine in or carry out.
