Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger A retirement celebration was held Tuesday afternoon, July 31, for longtime Barton County Health Department employee Kelly White. Kelly has served the health department in many capacities over her 32 years of service and she was shown sincere appreciation by all of her co-workers.
