Chamber holds ribbon cutting for The Grind

Photo by Barton County Chamber of Commerce/Kristy Robertson The Barton County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at 12 noon on Thursday, July 2, as new owners of The Grind, Kendall and Brook Morrow, were welcomed. The Morrows purchased The Grind from Marva Schnaufer on April 1. Since owning the business they have added new things to the menu, updated the interior for a more modernized sitting area and are working on adding mobile ordering to their menu. Brook said, “We are so excited to contribute to the community that we love so much.” The Grind is located at 1206 Cherry in Lamar. For more information visit The Grind Coffee Shop on facebook.
