Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Logan Lamb recently signed a letter of intent with Cottey College, making her the first thrower in their history. Gunner Miller, son of Sharron Miller, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Gunner plays baseball and likes playing video games in his spare time. His favorite subject is Math.

The material for the screen will be installed late next week and hopefully, after some tweaking, the Barco will open May 3.
