Strongs celebrate 50th anniversary

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Willis and Billy Strong celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at the 10th Street Community Farmers' Market on Saturday, May 28. Those attending were served hamburgers, hotdogs, cupcakes and cake. Approximately 140 individuals visited the market that day, wishing the couple a happy anniversary.
