BARBARA BONNER

STOCKTON-A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Brumback Funeral Home in Stockton for Barbara Kay Bonner, 73, Stockton, who died Saturday, July 16, 2016. Visitation will be held beginning at 12 noon.

Survivors include her husband, William Bonner, Stockton; a brother, Mike Dale, Dallas, Texas; a sister, Dorothy George, North Kansas City, Mo.; two daughters, Kelly White and husband Mark, Lamar and Sherry Burkhammer and husband Mark, Gladstone; five grandchildren, Brooke Brewer, Carthage, Grant Boughton, Gladstone, Luke White, Lamar, Zachary Griffith, Springfield and Nicholas Burkhammer, Gladstone; six great-grandchildren, Isaac, Trevon, Payton, Faith, Kirsyn and Eve; three stepdaughters, Shannon Kasyjanski, Shelly Howard and Jeni Garten and their children and one stepson, Mark Garten and his children.

She was preceded in death by an older brother, Harry Dale and a stepson, Will Bonner.

Mrs. Bonner was born Jan. 24, 1943, to Fred and Evelyn Dale. She had worked at the Emporium until last year when she had to retire for health reasons. She enjoyed being with her family and friends above all else, as well as raising flowers and watching and feeding birds.
