ARIYANA NICHOLE FAST-CARL

JOPLIN-A family service will be held Wednesday at Konantz Warden Funeral Home in Lamar for Ariyana Nichole Fast-Carl, who was born July 18, 2016, to Jason Scott Carl and Samantha Jo Fast, and died Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Children's Mercy Hospital.

Friends may call at the home of Jill and Gary Fast on Wednesday, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Donations may be given in her memory to Children's Mercy in Kansas City or Ronald McDonald House in Kansas City, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include her parents; her grandparents, Gary and Jill Fast, Lamar and Ron Record and Paula Trease, Joplin; a brother, Isaiah Carl and a sister, Caitlyn Carl; an uncle, Kyle Joyce Fast and an aunt, Amanda Lynn Uhlhorn.
