Miller named National Merit Scholarship Finalist

Carmen Miller, a senior at Lamar High School, has been named a National Merit Scholarship Finalist for 2017. She is one of only 15,000 other students nationwide to receive this honor. Carmen is the daughter of Brett Miller and Marsha Miller.
