Josie’s Lemonade Stand to be set up August 8

Josie’s Lemonade Stand will be set up at the First Christian Church in Lamar from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8. The church is located on 12th St. (Hwy. 160). Be sure to stop by for a drink or a treat.

All donations will benefit Josie Chairez, who is a patient at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Josie is the daughter of Jose and Johnna (Bauer) Chairez.
