OVERLAND PARK, Kan.-Services will be held at 12 noon Saturday at Mary Butler Meyers Funeral Home in Kansas City, Kan., for Kathryn Kay Stevenson, 70, Overland Park, who died Saturday, June 13, at KC Hospice House. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in DeWitt, Mo.

Visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday, beginning at 11 a.m.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald S. Stevenson; a son, Kevin W. Hobbs Sr. and wife Angela, Lawrence; six grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Angelina Young, Houston, Texas; a brother-in-law, Jerry D. Lawson, Carthage, Mo. and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Dale Hobbs; a daughter, Cynthia Cindy K. Hobbs-Peters; a brother, George Allen Young; a sister, Francis Elaine Lawson and a nephew, Charles Eugene Young.

Mrs. Stevenson was born Dec. 30, 1944, in Bronaugh, Mo., to George Albert and Vivian (Yoast) Young.
