GLADYS WARNER

LAMAR- Cremation arrangements for Gladys E. Warner, 87, who died at approximately 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, at Freeman Hospital ICU, are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin.
Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Noble E. Warner, of the home; a son, Larry N. Warner, Lamar; a daughter, Carolyn Tymeson, Nevada, Mo.; a son, Dennis Warner and wife Susan, Alta, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister; brothers; a daughter, Susan Dighero and a granddaughter.
Mrs. Warner was born July 9, 1930, in Galva, Iowa, to Iva and Alfred Hallengren. She was reared in the Marathon, Iowa area, then later in Alta, Iowa, where she met Noble E. Warner. They were married in the Presbyterian Church in Storm Lake, Iowa, in a double wedding ceremony along with her brother Clifford Hallengren and his wife, Vera Anderson.
They lived in the northwest Iowa area and reared four children. In 1970, they moved to Nevada, Mo., and later to El Dorado Springs. For the past 18 years they have resided outside of Lamar.
